SUKHA CANCELLATION POLICY

RE: Yoga | Barre | Mat Pilates
Early Cancel- occurs 75 minutes before class start time (no charge rendered)
Late Cancel- occurs within the 75 minute time frame before class (no refunds will be issued/credited for Drop In and Class Cards & a $10.00 fee will be rendered for ALL Unlimited, Autopay, & Yearly members).

RE: Private & Group Pilates
Early Cancel- occurs 24 hours before class start time (no charge rendered)
Late Cancel- occurs within the 24 hour time frame before class (no refunds will be issued/credited for Drop In & Class Cards)

RE: Monthly | Yearly Pilates Members
Early Cancel- occurs 24 hours before class start time (no charge rendered)
Late Cancel- occurs within the 24 hour time frame before class (clients will be charged an additional $20 fee for all Late Cancels)

Workshops | Events | Kirtan
Non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable

Contract Cancel
A 30-Day Notice is required to cancel this contract commitment based on medical documentation from a licensed physician.  In the event of a ‘medical note cancellation’, you will be charged an administrative cancellation fee of $200.  
In addition, the contract can only be put on a one time temporary due to medical documentation from a licensed physician and there will be a $30 administrative fee per month of holding.  Please note that this contract will automatically renew unless you specify differently.  All contracts are non-transferable, non-negotiable.  If Pilates and/or additions were added to your current ‘Special’, you will be responsible for the full cost of the classes you used.  Thank you, we value you.
